How do I return an item?

Returning Policy

· All the item that are returning must be reached us with in the three week from the date of purchase.

· All the items that are returning must be in the original condition including original packing, if the items are found not in the original conditions the returning clame will not be valid.

· All the items that are returning must contain the copy of proof of payment and copy of purchased invoice.

· The shipping charges for the return should be born by the customer.

· Once the return is approved , it can not be reverted.

· The amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase of the item will only be return back to the customer upon approval of the item.

· The amount will send back to customer within a week of time of the approval of the return of the items.

· The proof of the amount return back to the customer will also be provided to the customer upon prior request by the customer.

· The company will not be responsible in case of the transaction delay of the payment by the banks/credit card services / postal delay etc.

· The amount will be send back to the customer to same credit card which was used by the customer at the time of purchase or a cheque will be send to the shipping address which was given by the customer at the time of purchase.

· Customer service representative may contact to the customer to get more details.

· It is advice to the customer to read the return policy before the purchase of the items.
